About Kelly

Let’s do well, by doing good! When leaders make business and personal decisions while thinking about the human impact and ask, “How will this affect our customers and clients, our staff and our neighbors?” they begin to realize the impact they have is significant, it warrants intention and purpose.
With more than 20 years in the C-Suite, Kelly was fortunate to have outstanding mentors while working in some of the most dynamic health care, senior living, non-profit, and human service agencies in the country.
Giving voice to the voiceless was at the center of much of her work and among the most rewarding. During her career, Kelly has lobbied Congress, served as a national spokesperson for academic medical centers, served on boards for mental health organizations, and directed philanthropic initiatives raising millions of dollars for cancer treatment and research. She’s also led strategy and operations for one of the largest health care organizations in the country and grew its business by more than 50%. In the private sector, Kelly launched a $1 Billion luxury senior living portfolio from the ground up and opened its $60 million flagship on 40 acres.
Today, Kelly is an executive coach, group facilitator and consulting strategist. Her clients include organizations and executives in health care, senior living, software and technology, start-ups, private businesses, and non-profits. Kelly sees her role as an extension of her experience and passion—supporting and lifting people up by serving as their cheerleader, their “go-to” resource, sounding board, and sometimes their conscience. This requires being honest, sharing the good, the bad and the ugly with empathy and care.
Kelly has a degree in Communications from Michigan State University and is currently pursuing her MBA. An avid reader and lover of all Michigan seasons, Kelly loves to travel and spend time with her son, her extended family and friends.
